Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Seller.

Once the Seller confirms to consign his/her/their goods to us for sale on Kiabza, they cannot cancel or withdraw their goods for a period of 6 months. We shall endeavor to sell the goods in the said time period at the price(s) agreed with the Seller.

If the goods remain unsold at the end of the above period, ie 6 months or a mutually acceptable extended period, we shall return the goods to the Seller at our cost. The Seller would also be given an option to donate the same to one of our Charity partners.

If any Seller products get disapproved, the same would be returned if so required by the Seller but a Shipping charge of Rs 100/- per product would be recovered.

Cancellation by the Buyer.

At Kiabza, all sales are binding at the time of purchase. If you want to cancel your order, we have different policies based on when you cancel or decide to return the product.

Cancellation until item shipment: You may cancel an order until the item has been shipped. To cancel your order click on the Order Cancellation link on our website. Once you arrive at the page, fill in your reasons for your order cancellation. Thereafter, you shall get an email confirmation from our side of your order cancellation. If you have already made the payment, you shall receive your Refund within 10 working days of receiving the confirmation of cancellation from our side.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds after the item has been shipped: Once an order has been shipped, a cancellation may only be processed in the form of a Return Request. You have until 2 calender days after receipt of the item to process a return request. Kiabza has the sole discretion whether to accept or reject a return request based on our policies framed from time to time.

In the case of partial Returns, if the net total Order Value, (after the partial Return), reduces to under 2000/- (net sales) then the normal shipping charge of Rs.99/- per order will become applicable on the said transaction and will be deducted from the Refund amount payable to the Buyer.

In case of complete or full returns, Shipping charges along with its Gst amount would be deducted from the refund pay-outs. However, the same would not apply to our customers in higher Tier levels of our Loyalty Program, basis the said policy.

Exchange, Return and Refund policy for Bags/Belts/Wallets:

Exchange Policy -  Kiabza doesn’t allow exchanges.

Return Policy - Kiabza has a ‘No Questions Asked’ return policy for the benefit of its customers. To request a return, customers can email us at [email protected] or can call us on our customer support number within two calendar days of the receipt of the shipment.

Refund Policy - After the returned product reaches us, you shall receive a confirmation email from our side confirming your return and refund. We shall request you to send in your bank details to enable us to electronically transfer the refund amount to your account if purchase has been made using COD mode. Refund for online payments, including EMI would be made through the original payment method. The refund would be initiated within 10 working days, for both, COD as well as Pre-payment transactions. A processing fee of 20% of the Invoice Value capped at a maximum of INR 1000 would be deducted while making the refund to recover incidental expenses on the transaction.

Return and Refund Policy for Apparels:

  1. You cannot cancel the order once the order has been shipped. You can return the goods within 2 calendar days of the receipt of goods by either emailing to [email protected] or by calling at any of the customer support numbers provided on the website and by providing the details as requested by our support team. 
  2. You shall receive an email from our side either confirming or declining your request based on the reasons provided by you. The decision of Kiabza regarding the same would be final and non-negotiable. 
  3. Pick-up instruction for the return would be provided either in the same email or by a separate email.
  4. The Item should be returned the way it was received, ie it should be unworn, unwashed and must include the original tag attached in its original place.
  5. The original packing and Invoice should be returned along with the item.
  6. Our Logistics partner shall contact you for collecting the item and shall make only two attempts. It shall be collected only from the address where it was originally delivered.
  7. Your return request would automatically stand cancelled after the two unsuccessful attempts made by our Logistics partner to contact you for the return as above and thereafter no refund would be processed.
  8. Once the item is received back in our warehouse, it shall be examined, if the same is/are OK, a return email confirmation would be sent to you. However, if the goods are not found OK, the refund would be declined.
  9. If the Refund is declined, the Buyer would be given an option to either donate the item(s) to one of our charity partners or to call back the item(s) at his cost(s). A COD charge of Rs 150, for the first item, and Rs 100 for any subsequent item(s) would be levied for the return. Please note that the reverse logistic charges for bringing the defective product(s) back to Kiabza would also be recovered from the customer. 
  10. If the Return is OK, we will request for your Bank details to transfer the Refund amount to your Bank account within 3-5 workings days of receiving your bank details. Any Shipping charges levied in the Invoice and GST charged on it thereof will not be refunded in case of a Return.
  11. If the returned product is not Ok, the Company may either decline the refund completely or may decide to make the refund in the form of Kiabza Reward points.
  12. If the item is already paid for by using our Payment gateway, the refund would be either processed in the same account from where the payment to us was originally made or we will request for your Bank details to process your refund.
  13. If any customer returns the Orders more than twice, a return charge of Rs 200 per product would be levied and deducted from the refund amount of the third order and thereafter.
  14. Please note that during a Promotional Sale such as, Buy2 get 50% off or Buy4 or more and get 60% off, no refund would be given for discounted items returned if the discount originally given is linked to quantity purchased.
  15. If a customer return request overides a Sale Scheme, the benefit amount availed earlier would be claimed back from the refund amount.
