  • What are the advantages of having an Account on KIABZA?

    There are numerous advantages to you if your register with us. You shall be eligible for various offers and discounts/discount coupons which we shall offer to our registered users from time to time. We shall also be able to send you details on our new listings/arrivals and promotions that match your shopping pattern.

  • Is my information secure on KIABZA?

    Absolutely Yes! We do not share your registration details with anyone. Kindly also note that we do not save buyers banking details on our website. Privacy of our registered members is our utmost priority and we have taken every possible measure to secure the same as far as possible.

How do I pay?

  • What modes of payment do you accept?

    We offer various facilities for making payments. Razorpay and CCAvenue are our Payment Gateway partners and through them we offer pre-payment facilities like Debit/Credit cards, wallets and net banking. Cash on Delivery is also available for most pin codes, the Buyer just needs to check for his or her pin code to avail this facility.

  • What is the benefit of making a pre-payment for the products?

    We are currently offering an upfront discount of 10% for all pre-payments made for products starting from Rs. 248 using a Debit/Credit Card or Net banking. The orders are also confirmed immediately and deliveries are handled on priority.

When will my parcel arrive and who pays for shipping?

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive &how can I track my shipment?

    It will normally take up to 3 to 5 working days for the items to reach you. However, your exact delivery status would depend on your location. You shall receive an email and a text message from us as soon as your orders are shipped. You shall also be able to track your shipment in your account on KIABZA by entering your order number.

  • Who pays for shipping?

    As a promotional offer we are currently not levying any shipping charges for delivery of the product(s) purchased. However in case of returns, if the specially discounted products (e.g Under 249 products) are bought then it would be the responsibility of the Buyer to return the products back to KIABZA. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for further details.

How to Cancel & Return?

  • I want to cancel my order, what is the procedure for the same and when can I cancel?

    You can cancel your placed order until it hasn’t been dispatched, by going to your Account and clicking on the cancellation link. If you placed an order as a Guest user, you can cancel the order by clicking on the cancellation link on the home page. You can check the status of your order on our website anytime. Once it has been dispatched from our warehouse you can only cancel the order after accepting the delivery and placing a return request.

  • How do I return an item?

    To request for a return, please email us at or you can call us on our customer support number within two calendar days of the receipt of the shipment. You would have to quote your order number in order for us to help you.All Returns and Refunds are governed by our Company’s Cancellation, Return and Refund policy.   • I requested for a return. When will I receive the refund and will there be any deductions?

    After the returned product reaches us, you shall receive a confirmation email from our side confirming your return and claim. We shall request you to send in your bank details to enable us to electronically transfer the refund amount to your account. The refund would be made within 10 working days, for both, COD as well as Pre-payment transactions. Refund amounts cannot be more than the amount received by While making Refund for a COD transaction convenience charge of up to Rs 100/-may be deducted for offering the COD facility.

  • Do you allow exchanges?

    No we do not allow exchanges. You would have to cancel your earlier order and place a new order.
